I know in the past I have expressed our gratitude and affection of your restaurant.  We felt we owed you another “kudos and thank you”. Last night, my wife and I had an exceptional experience again.  We like to sit at the bar and enjoy the energy and the hospitality of your team. I just like to give a huge shout out to Ryan, Danny, Mallory, Tara and Memmo (spelling?) for their kindness and professionalism.  A great meal and great people, …you can’t beat it.

Everyone understands that the food at VAI’S is the heart beat of your business, but truly your staff is the soul of the VAI’S experience.
