Amazing experience.  My wife and I dined in on the Saturday immediately after Valentines Day, so we were expecting a long wait, but we were seated extremely quickly (without reservations).  My first impression of the restaurant is that it was very nice/clean/new.  We started off with drinks, my wife ordered a glass of Milbrandt Pinot Gris, and I ordered a Daisy Cutter Pale Ale (Half Acre Beer Company, Chicago).  The wine list is organized from sweet (top) to dry (bottom), so my wife was pleased with that.  We were a bit unsure as to the size of the small plates, so we ended up ordering a gluten free cheese pizza, spicy peppered shrimp & polenta, crab cake, and side of brussel sprouts all to share.  I have no comments regarding the delivery/speed of food, as we requested everything at the same time.  Long story short, we were pleased with ALL of the dishes.  My wife says that the pizza is the best gluten free pizza she’s ever had.  The spicy peppered shrimp was LOADED with black pepper, so just be aware of that.  The crab cake was delicious and had a nice creamy, citrusy sauce.  Be aware that it only comes with one, so somewhat pricey (it isn’t listed on their online menu as of 2/17/19, but it has a menu price of $16-17).

Service was excellent, we weren’t rushed despite the growing line of people in front.  She was knowledgeable about the menu, and gave recommendations for my gluten sensitive wife.  We will definitely be back for a date night, and look forward to dining on the outdoor patio once the weather improves.”  Chris C. ~ Aurora ~ 2/17/19
