Garry has been with VAI’s for over two years and brings 30 years of experience to the table. He is passionate about front-of-house operations, employee development, and delivering outstanding customer service. A first-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, Garry loves spending time with his family, playing golf, and strumming the guitar at the beach.

Tara has been with our restaurant group for over 3 years and has 27 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Tara plans all private events and loves being able to make memories for years to come. In 2023, Tara went above and beyond for our private dining team and earned the honor of Best Event Planner from the Naperville Magazine’s yearly awards. A fun fact about Tara is that she did not get on her first plane until the age of 27 years old and now you cannot keep her on the ground; she loves to travel! In her free time, Tara enjoys spending time with her three daughters and her puppy.

Brian has been with VAI’s for three years, bringing 20 years of front-of-house expertise. He excels at running perfect shifts, making schedules, and ensuring top-notch service. Brian enjoys relaxing with fantasy sports, scented candles, and quality time with friends, family, and his PS5.

Scott has led the culinary team at VAI’s for five and a half years, drawing on 22 years of experience. His mission is to maintain high-quality, fresh cuisine in a constantly evolving culinary landscape. Scott’s love for food is matched by his passion for soccer, having toured Europe to play in iconic cities. He enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.

With four years at VAI’s and two decades in the industry, Daniel is the backbone of our day-to-day operations. Known for his responsibility and punctuality, he ensures everything runs smoothly. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending quality time with his family, exploring new places, and finding balance in relaxation.
