We store your name and email address for future communication but all other personal information is used only to fulfill the sale. We adhere to all the standard requirements of the Payment Card Industry (PCI) to ensure the safety of your personal information. This includes encrypting your payment card data before it is passed on to the merchant bank for processing.

All of your personal information, including card number, name and address, is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer software to ensure it is safely transmitted to the merchant bank for processing.

REFUNDS

All sales of VAI’s gift cards are final. No refunds, credits or adjustments will be issued once an order is finalized.

LOST OR STOLEN GIFT CARDS

VAI’s is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. If a card is lost or stolen consumers must contact VAI’s immediately by calling 630 453 5200 and we will review the situation and try to remedy it.
